Information Disclosure in Relation to the Resignation of Independent Director of PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk (“Company”)
In compliance with the Regulation of OJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 dated December 8, 2014, regarding Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company, we would like to announce that PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk has received the resignation proposal of Mr. Hendrikus Johan S. from his position as the Independent Director of the Company through his letter of resignation dated April 23, 2019.
Whereas, the Company shall convene a General Meeting of Shareholders with the agenda of, among others, determining the resignation proposal of Mr. Hendrikus Johan S. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in accordance with the Letter of Notification of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT.
